Legion Performance Club is a family owned fitness club that offers a variety of group classes, one on one/semi-private personal training and state of the art recovery services. HYROX training, athlete development, sports performance, longevity training, & private contrast therapy. Corporate wellness & nutrition services available upon request.

What class is best for me?

HYROX Group Class: includes endurance, strength, and power training, avoiding overemphasis on either cardio or heavy lifting alone, with a focus on high-intensity intervals and endurance capacity. 

HYROX Power Half-Hour: 30 minute class ideal for the busy person on the go who needs to get in and get out. Ideal for someone who only has an hour lunch break, parent who is tight on time, or someone who wants a supplement to their current routine. 

Strength Group Class: focuses on the fundamentals of compound movements with expert coaching focused on strengthening your body, building lean muscle, and enhancing overall fitness using varied and effective training methods.

Legion Access: Ideal for someone who cant make it to one of our scheduled classes or arent much of a class person, Legion Access allows you to schedule your time in the gym outside of class time (limited spots available). 

Athletic Performance: For the athlete who needs to improve speed, power, and coordination through dynamic training that blends explosive barbell lifts, plyometric drills, agility exercises, and sport-specific movements designed to optimize your athletic potential and overall performance.

Mobilize & Flow Recovery Class: For the active person who needs to focus on your body’s movement quality and accelerate recovery with targeted mobility exercises, controlled stretching, and techniques that promote optimal blood flow and tissue health for improved performance and injury prevention.

Golf Training Class: For the golfer looking to improve your game with targeted exercises designed to boost swing speed, enhance core stability, and build the strength needed for powerful, consistent shots on the course. This class combines functional strength training with sport-specific drills to optimize your golf performance.

​Legion Run Club: For anyone looking for a supportive community dedicated to improving your running form, building mental toughness, and mastering nutrition strategies for endurance. This class combines expert coaching on mechanics with practical fueling tips and group motivation to help you run stronger, smarter, and farther.

How do I book a class?

1. Easiest way is to download the Legion Performance Club app in the app store (Apple/Google). Or go to train.legionperformanceclub.com

2. Select your class or day/time you are looking for.

3. Confirm booking with payment

4. Show up with the intent to get better and have fun.

What membership is best for me?

MEMBERSHIP 1x/Week (Entry Level): For someone looking to supplement with our classes with their current training schedule. Ideal for someone who is working with a personal trainer who can utilize group training, mobility classes, etc. 

MEMBERSHIP 2x/Week: Ideal for someone who is wanting to to train a couple times a week 

MEMBERSHIP UNLIMITED: For someone who is committed to the plan and all-in with unlimited access to classes.  

ADD ONS: Personal Training, Contrast Therapy, Infrared Sauna + Red Light Therapy, Cold Plunge, Nutrition Services, Longevity Program, Body Composition, & More.
